ORDER CHARGES | To get your items to you in a jiffy, your credit card is charged when you place an order. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, you’ll be issued a refund for that item (see backorders below) and shipping charges and taxes will be adjusted accordingly. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order (then feel free to celebrate your new find)!
BACKORDERS | Sometimes an item is so popular it gets quickly snatched up. Other times we’re lovingly putting on its finishing touches. Either way, you can still place your order and we promise to get it to you asap; if it’ll be on backorder longer than two weeks, we can issue a refund. We know when you love something, you shift into OMG-Can’t-Wait-to-Get-It mode. We heart your patience and excitement.
SHIPPING | We ship via USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. When your item ships, you will receive an email with the parcel number; this is a delivery confirmation number, NOT a tracking number. The number may not show or be updated within the USPS system even though it has shipped. Rest easy that your order is on its way (and try not to stalk the mail carrier…too much). Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours (business) to process. We cannot refund for expedited shipping charges if orders are shipped within this 48 hour processing time prior to shipping.
PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If you’d like to insure your shipment via USPS, please contact us prior to ordering. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a USPS failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS | Delivery for international orders varies by country but takes an average of 5-12 business days. Please note we cannot control customs delays and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ship direct to Canada, Australia, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Once your international package has shipped, you’ll receive an ID number. This is NOT a tracking number, but a parcel number that often shows as being in Los Angeles, CA, even when it’s well on it way to you. This is because LA is the International postal hub. If you’d like a tracking ID, we can ship via FedEx or UPS, however shipping costs will increase considerably.
DELIVERY | We ship to the Paypal or ship to address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Quick! Take a glance or two and double check your address is right.
EXPRESS ORDERS | Express orders must be received before 1PST to be shipped that same day. A small rush fee applies. Email us for details.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS + CODES | We will on occasion run flash sales, who doesn’t love a fun sale? Because our sales are only temporary, not a permanent price change, we are unable to honor any price adjustments. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase, no adjustments will be made if a code is not entered at the time of purchase.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES | We love what we do and we want you to love your items. Brand new unworn, unwashed clothing (and shoes) with no stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase for Havah Designs ONLY, no refunds.
Due to hygiene reasons all accessories (including hats & headbands), all jewelry (including watches & glasses), home decor, intimates (including camis + slips), leg wear, jeggings, leggings, seamless wear, workout clothing, socks & beauty items are final sale only. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. (We like to think of it as true love.) With this is mind, we list as much info as possible for each item so the only surprise you get is how amazing it looks when you try it on!
- Sale items + featured items are all FINAL SALE & cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS | If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. It is the customers’ responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. All damaged items must have tags still attached and be in unworn condition. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors and cutting garments will not be replaced.
All returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds. Items must be received within 14 business days of receiving the order to get a store credit. Anything after that will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get it back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 30 days.
Once we receive returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be given a store credit of the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus incured shipping charges. We are not responsible for any shipping costs, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Store credit will be emailed to the customer’s email account that was created at checkout. Please note that all store credits will expire after a year! All denied returns will be donated to charity if not claimed within 30 days.
