Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • Digital products (including sewing patterns, files, downloads)

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Consultations, lessons, and services

  • Sale items and gift cards

Damages, Errors & Access Issues

If you receive the wrong item, experience a technical issue with a digital file, or believe there is an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can review the issue and make it right where applicable.

Note: Minor variations in handmade items or user error (printing, downloading, sizing choice, or skill level) are not considered defects.


Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or downloaded, as they cannot be returned.
