HAVAH Designs operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping and learning experience. HAVAH Designs is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. HAVAH Designs reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. An order is not accepted until payment is received and processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is accepted, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of digital products, services, and custom work, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or commercial distribution.
SECTION 3A – DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped unless expressly stated.
Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, the sale is final and non-refundable.
Services, lessons, consultations, and custom work are non-refundable once performed or initiated.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
Prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs, or import fees unless explicitly stated.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
This section applies only to physical products.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping timelines.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, patterns, instructions, videos, downloads, logos, and designs, is the property of HAVAH Designs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
HAVAH Designs is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with HAVAH Designs. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and HAVAH Designs. You release Shopify from all claims arising from your purchases.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described therein.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
